This looks to be the transaction Peter Bradford was talking about. The key form IGO's point of view is they will be paying with some scrip which is highly valued say with a EV/ EBITDA of 20 for Upstream Li versus 5-7 for downstream Ni assets. If they come to me as a SH for a rights raising you know what I'm likely to say.
