Proven capability to construct a working mine in Tas during Covid.
Proven capability to evolve from explorer to producer in Tas during Covid.
IMO, demonstrable capability (think institutional / Gov observers) is almost just as valuable as the money soon to be coming in the door.
Looking ahead:
Market is forward looking - Add a little Gov funding to the mix and Mt Lindsay (next focus) will become tangible soon than later.
