You are forgetting, our product was dangerous to Akili as a competitor. We undercut them by age and with the future release of Tali Maintain it would basically make Akili obsolete.

I'd have more preferred bring on a partner and launch it ourselves even at the cost of further dilution than this deal. The money we are talking about is insignificant to Akili, they got a freaking incredible deal.

Our IP is valuable and up until last year we were significantly ahead of them. We dropped the ball significantly and it's showing by the celebrations of this announcement which leaves us substantially short changed in what was basically our biggest market.
