It is hard to say. There was a big boy keeping selling constantly from November (or October) last year right until the NNTT decision at 40c level. (wasn't watching this stock very close afterwards) It seemed that he had known the decision in few months advance. The trick was played back then if I remember correctly and was used to sell more stocks rather than trying to buying more. Maybe, he is still around.
