The time taken hasn't been wasted - it appears to have been used to optimize the process without building a plant.

Another thing to note is SMS Siemag - their capabilities are unbelievable. Seriously unbelievable. And from what I can tell, they are one of the leaders in digitalization of all facets of mineral processing through to value added product - I'm trying to find the time to read through all their Linked In posts, but if you were to pick an engineering company to do something no-one else had, you'd be knocking on their door. Yet they knocked on TNG's.
