you need to read the qtrly again. IOU internationally went after High value transaction merchants with a focus on B2B. so the value per transaction will eventually come down but this is a volume based business so if you halve your value per transaction but quadruple your number of transactions then your turnover Growth remains intact i.e you still double your Rev.
so allow for the trans value to drop but watch the total Rev
