    Gujarat have acceptances for .21% of issued shares, 384,000. My guess at the cost of the bid would be about $500,000(?) - advisors, printing and postage of bidders doc etc, so the cost of those shares would be approx $1.30.
    Arun should have bought on market, saved money and stayed on the board!
