Agree with this comment. another SOC is expensive and decommissioning it isn't an easy task.

It looks like they do everything TNT already do, will be interested to see how cross selling opportunities will materialise.

I would've liked to have seen an acquisition of a company that provides services outside of what TNT already do. Something like Forensics.
