Just a chart update, risk is still off, imo. Risk is on if there is a decisive breakout over these dotted lines (see green up arrow) and the indicator below remains over 100 consistently. The price oscillator below is improving, but consider the upward turn and thrust in 2019 and 2020. I'm still bearish.
