Stocks usually trade lower on ex div day by an amount similar to the dividend(i.e. 14 cents).
TLS sp dropped a day earlier more than the dividend (18 cents) and it closed at the low end of analysts sp estimates of between $3.30 and $4.40.
It wouldn'r be surprising to see the sp close higher next Monday.
It wouldn't be surprising either to see analyst upgrading TLS in the coming days now that the FF overhang has been reduced.
