The way I see it SBW tech reduces the chance of dodgy dudes thieving. If a can of coke on a designated shelf weighs 400g and you remove that 400g item you’ll be struggling to trick the system I’d say.

I think that’s the beauty of these things…..they effectively receipt your item at point of pickup, not point of sale.
