Ninie, it's been years since ZYL had any significant funds to spend on R&D. I doubt very much their IP has much value when compared to the R&D budgets of the big-boys in this space.
As for tax losses, I don't think they're necessarily transferable beyond a majority change in shareholding?
Value of a listed shell? Very little unless it's "clean". Maybe someone will back something in via a DOCA, but that only stacks up as a last resort, not a pre-formed strategy.
