Let me get this right, somebody has said they expect the company to delist on 1st September and you think that if they don't delist on that date, then you've won some kind of victory against some fictitious opposition (the them versus us scenario you've painted out before).

That's a solid investment strategy. Bravo.

IMO tv2 will not relist - I am basing this on the complete lack of announceable activity for the last few months and more.
