Depends which way one looks at it as the Taliban would think the "Civilised world" sign should be on their side of the bridge and the heathen infidels are on the other side they are probably partly right given how screwed up the rest of the world is currently .
Lets hope the new Taliban this time round become a more positive influence on Afghanistan than the last 40 years under ,the Russians , the old Taliban then the Americans and NATO . Assuming all countries should have a democracy seems an arrogant , misguided approach in retrospect .
