In the respect to the wording 'Should the IPO proceed' , what risk is there of this not going ahead? I would hope it is an almost a given and if there are any issues it would may only be a request for further information type thing that would stretch the process out.
Are there many applications that are denied.
That aside it is comforting to hear 4 other investment banks wanted in.
