The share price drop here has probably little to do with the merger- maybe at the margins. Note that OSH is back to the price it had when its merger offer got out of the bag.
The SP drop has to do with the plunge in the price of oil and with Delta strain- the same thing mostly.
Finally we are back below $20. It was going to happen. Strap in. Most of us have been here before. Reread the manual for holding WPL shares below $20. Keep your sense of humour and your sense of proportion.
