We'll see some bouncing around as profit takers do their thing. This is inevitable after some dunce sold at $3.16 a couple of days ago, and we traded below $3 just a three months ago. I bought more at that time assuming that the CBI thing would resolve but it has dragged on.

Firstly, the CBI issue was never going to be as bad as the market feared (of course). At the time I could only find varying fines, and no history of anyone being suspended. Fines seem to be proportional to entity size rather than the actual issue. EML is still very likely to get a fine of up to a couple million euro. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/understanding-todays-announcement.6067609/?post_id=53302512

Now that this has been somewhat confirmed by EML, the clouds are parting. I don't know if we'll see $5 until further clarification and confirmation comes through, but fully expect to get well over $4 in the next couple of months. As the market becomes more confident in the resolution we'll keep going higher.

Plenty of people who bought in the low $3s (or the lucky few who got in at $2.xx) will be cashing out; plenty won't. Doesn't matter. As someone said, we'll be double (price at the start of the week) by March.
