since HNC decided to pay FOUR TIMES MORE than current sp for a controlling 76% of the company and since then, it seems the regional base metals play is evolving nicely with more targets delineated.

But interest languishes and looks like the Chinese wouldnt know what it takes to promote locally ... or is it they dont really care but happy enough to indefinitely sit on what looks like a MAJOR PRIMARY LEAD resource ? HNC after all are 40% owned by China Inc.

Thats the trouble I guess when one entity controls such a large slice ... everyone else loses interest unless there are divvies coming soon and that aint the case here yet.

I dont understand why the Oz Government allows foreign controlling interest of Ozzie assets. Then again short -term players wouldvae lapped up the takeover price.

Question is what next and when ?

I retain an investment parcel in the smsf for reasons of deemed good value in its own right AND also the thought of possibility CMR assets may end up in AII along the way if administrators fail to resolve and Oz loses another future resource to the Chinese for zilch.
