Had to happen though ...
The retail take up was only 51% so that was a large surplus of stock to be taken up by either institutions (who would have had their fill already) or falling to the underwriter. The underwriter doesn't want to depress the price too much by flooding the mkt with their large chunk of stock to get rid of when leeching their surplus.
Due to a bit of a sharp sell-off over the past few days, that may scare a few to sell-off until that surplus stock is exhausted & the price stabilises and move forward.
