future fund sell down, page-46

I don't think it will make much difference to Telstra whether or not the future fund sells down, except for share price. A couple of weeks ago, I think it was in an interview with Alan Kohler, Conroy made much of how much control the government could exert on Telstra such as wireless bandwidth(?) etc and whether or not they would grant permission for future technical advancements and improvements that Telstra may put forward. He stated quite assertively that the government held all the cards and that they could control Telstra. I object strongly to the government selling off an asset such as
Telstra then systematically dismantling it and then having the hide to say that they will then sell off their holding in the NBN in the future. How can they sell something twice, what sort of precedent does that create? Bring on the double dissolution. E1
