Might be wrong, but my understanding was that CF is an unsponsored ADR (as opposed to sponsored like DY) and can only be purchased as OTC stock. Some brokers don't allow OTC trades at all (or restrict certain people). And some charge charge OTC trade fees. I think for most people the DY has just become easier to access, hence the increase in volume. (they'll also have their voting rights if that's important to them)
