Great I wanted to get some sort of consensus here

As to whether we thought that Dr Sud would or wouldn't convert

I think we are in agreement that he will either mostly or wholly convert his oppies.

Now what's your thoughts on the market sentiment moving on from him converting

1. Extra $40 M Cash in bank
2. Approx $10 M in Bank already
3. Approx $ 30M in NASDAQ IPO

Total circa $80M CASH in BANK with $300M approx. Market CAP

My thought is taking into account the share price increase from our last major Oppie conversion (end September 2020) the share price went on a runner from approx. 7.5c to .245c in Mid Feb.

Do you think there will be some positive market sentiment post Dr Sud's conversion also?
