This CR will be done and dusted in a few days. If it goes to all SH it takes around 6 weeks. The SP usually drops so you can then buy at discounted price anyway but yes you miss out on options. Best for company at this stage to get money in the bank and move on to BFS. If all goes well SP should move substantially and you’ll do ok
