Is there any reason why MDT dont resolve their debt via a cap raising, like so many other Reits have done. It may cut the NTA in half but removing the cloud of doubt would surely be enough to mitigate that downside. Lower interest repayments would also bring the company considerably closer to restoring a divvy (medium term not short term).
Orbis mopping up the post results dump has got to be a positive, I think SP can retest 14c soon, not sure if we will hit 9c first though.
