Someone with a holding that large likely isn't desperate for cash, I am more of the mindset that they are pushing the price down to accumulate more. Additionally, someone with a holding that large would be in the top 20 and very much be aware of what the company is expecting any day now. They have also removed the order aftermarket.
I will post the broker data for this week when it's available to me mid next week
