Historically, the company returned surplus capital to shareholders via dividends. If Q2’s performance can be sustained permanently, the company’s outstanding $4 mn of shareholder loans can be repaid this FY, and by the next Annual Report in August 2022 it could be in a position to reinstate a dividend. I’m not aware of any major capex requirements in the foreseeable future.
