I was not present in the Investor Briefing, but the transcript does not provide any elaboration on the "—EML is in dialogue with the CBI regarding restriction of material growth in PCSIL's business, with the expectation that such restrictions will only apply during the remediation phase" which was an item in slides:
It seems that Tom skips it as if it is there only for compliance.
Does anyone know in what manners CBI has restricted the material growth of PCSIL? Any information provided in the past that I missed?
