It's not as if she had been working at bio techs and had taken them from a similar status that ADO currently has to amazing commercial success and somehow ADO are losing a well know bio tech industry financial superstar. She was only there for a short time so I doubt there will be much impact. She might be a great finance person in general but I'm sure ADO can find someone else with either a similar background or even better if there is someone that has worked for a company in a similar situation to ADO. I hope her personal reasons for leaving can be resolved quickly.
