there had been a decline across various sectors. if you had put your money somewhere else you might suffered bigger drop. sp variations should not be a concern over short term, but earnings is. if they can achieve their Pro forma combined eps-a of $0.10. given their payout policy of 60%. you are looking at 6% yield at this sp. to me is a very fair sp given the information we have at the moment.
