3-Any day Geo, wish i could believe that again, and again, and again. I had to sell a heap to pay lawyers, found $400 thou missing from joint accounts. I can see why the missus took off so quick and came after 75% of house.
All happened for a reason i guess, just like holding onto the POS dream.
