I believe it may have more to do with the current environment than with the CSEM results. In talking with a relo that works at BP, he stated he was surprised to see Shell walk. He stated all of the big majors are either shelving or tossing a lot of the EP, due to money regardless of what the potenial is. The majors right now are not making any money off of these projects until the price of poo reaches $80, and that is if there is enough oil. Until the report comes out we will not know, but I am still confident something will come out of this by another oiler that is willing to risk in this environment. I am happy to hold and see what is next.
