This post is not directed at those who support the law and/or understand the consequences of whatever they decide in life that is legally allowed. And of course this post is largely directed at anti-vaxxers.
Absolute crock to be frank by some here. And then we have the same people yabber about people needing to abide by the law bla bla bla and kick anyone out of the country that doesn't abide by it if they are born overseas. Unless of course it is for stuff they believe in then then of course you can beat a few coppers up and stuff teh law. The politics hotcopper thread is frequented by RWNJ and all they are is keyboard warriors and I am sure none of these clowns marched either.
For a start you cannot be forced to have a vaccination, but there is nothing preventing Qantas or anyone else saying those unvaccinated cannot work here or shop here or fly here. It is called public interest test. You might want to see what is been happening in Europe because unvaccinated people are been prevented from attending certain things. Same in other parts of the US, except for Republican States where QANON is running rife.
It is called health overrides things, just like Clive Palmer lost his battle with WA in the High court over that States border closures. That is your precendent. Your choice not to be vaccinated but whinging about your rights bluntly who cares, your rights are part of a health check and if your not vaccinated wear the consequences of that choice and stop whinging. Some of you lot are worse than whinging Poms.
I couldn't care less if you don't want the vaccine - but don't make the rest of society have to deal with your nonsense and protests about wanting to do as you please. You know I wouldn't mind robbing a bank and steal their gold but I would be in jail and you lot would be saying I deserve to go to jail bla bla bla. And by the way, why are you not marching if you are an anti-vaxxer/anti lockdown or are many here just a keyboard warrior. The way some of you behave on this forum, it is no different when you yabber that we shouldn't cede to the needs of muslims by changing our ways. Yet here you are all sooking that you might not get entry to some things - your choice, you decide, that still remains your choice. Ditto, sick of lockdowns and sick of numnuts like yourselves causing havoc by not been vaccinated. The rest of us will move on and enjoy life - you lot can sit around and whinge why you can't go anywhere.

Actually, to tell the truth we probably need a certain amount of Aussies not to be vaccinated. They become the control group in testing whether the vaccine is effective or not.
You know, as you are posting in a stock market forum when you have your bio companies talk about some new age cure/medicine they generally do a test this way - they have i.) a active group they give say the new medicine/test to and ii.) a control group they give a placebo to but letting the control group think they are been given the 'good' medicine. The way the test works is if the active group is cured/better of health wise than the control group after the treatment they put out glossy announcement they ahve found a çure or can improve well being and their share price rockets up.
Whether you or anti-vaxxers want to have a bar of the government's agenda, and your views on here you won't participate in vaccination, well you are participating as the control group. So congratulations in been part of the experiment.
So far what is been said is that those in ICU are essentially unvaccinated Australians, so so far in a test one would have a preliminary view the vaccine seems to be working when assessed against the control group.
