re: Ann: Scoping Study Commences on Hinton Co... There is no chance of the scoping study or pre-feasability disproving the viability of the project. Hinson is in an established coal producing area with excellent infrastructure with high quality coal. Cash costs are likely to emerge as being in the $40-$45 pt range from the studies vs around $70 spot price for this quality coal, which will be an attractive result. As the company moves through the various development stages towards production, the stock is more likely to be valued at its market price per tonne for a development project, which in this case is around 50c per tonne, or about 40c per share. Thereafter the stock should steadily appreciate as it moves towards production, when it will be valued at several dollars per tonne. This may not be a stock for traders looking for huge gains over a matter of weeks, however I think the gains will be very good over coming months, and years, for those that have patience.
