It's not just the actual people or the families of those who died reporting on that site, it's their doctors too.
When something unexpected suddenly happens to you and you look for the probable cause, it's a reasonable assumption that a drug that was just injected into you, which is unproven, was the culprit.
This site is very hard to use too. I tried when I had a serious adverse reaction to a drug last year and gave up because of the amount of detail and dates they required. I stopped taking the medication as soon as I read the side effects I had were rare but possible and the scary reaction declined over the next 3 weeks until I was back to normal.
Your assumption is that most people and their doctors are idiots and that's simply not true.
