No, I believe Dr T has intimated in other conversations that he has the majority of his wealth in RAC.
but considering he is up significantly from his initial investment, this makes sense.
selling down to decrease his risk profile would make complete sense. What Dr T is doing now... well he's either quietly confident, or the lockdown in the casino has had unintended consequences. Looking at Dr T's character, one of those choices makes sense.
