FAR have always been actively looking for opportunities - I recall the days back in Louisianna when the directors came out as the buyers of FPO's at 7 cents. Shell/Senegal - it was touted in the financials that it might not happen. A clause for payment of $3.5 million was even provided to minimise the exposure... FAR is in the business of JV's - they will find another rest assured. I would suggest that in different time and a different economic climate, SHELL would have exercised their option. I bought more at 4.9.
