I thought it would be as part consideration for consulting services, but the announcement doesn't say that. Someone seems confident?

I didnt even bother to look but I am glad you did. It is interesting at that price on such a short timescale.
You also need to look at the advisory board - they only have 6 months after a US listing (end 2021ish) to get the SP to $3 and above if they want to collect their shares.
