the timing of the machines arrival would have been in their pitch to government.
Surely this is what gets them across the line.
this would have been a huge point of difference in their submission.
shows the government they are forward thinking snd ready to roll once approved.
makes sense the government now announces IDT as winning bid based on this.
from a PR perspective it flows well from tonights story imo
