They are much more likely to roll them over like they have done before .
They have a significant share holding in BYE and are obviously trying to do everything they can to avoid raising more capital at this time .
They have a lot of Skin in the Game .
They have already stated that more drilling will occur at SM58 before they go back to SM71 .
They would have carefully analyzed the risk / return of all their prospects and will drill the best ones first .
That should tell you that BYE think that the F5st well has considerable risk .
I very much doubt it has anything to do with the BYE / OEL JV Partner relationship .
