TC, kinda agree with you, a couple of factors as you pointed out

1) Dosage is v. small, average patient will have the initial course and then boosters every year or so....yes no doubt over super long term could result in an increased chance, no denying it is not impossible...thats where longitudinal studies will come in.

2) If I'm anywhere near a 7 out of 10 plus pain for me joints, I don't really care too much about anything...just give me safe durable pain relief...and now.¹

1) When it comes to pain I'm more on the baby side....(you look at me wrong and I'll start pouting...well almost)...I once stubbed my thumb in the car door on my way to work...I thought I'd man up and do a decent day's worth of work as others in our dept have gone through worse and have fronted up to work...I lasted 2 hours before the pain got to me...*blah*...Yes luckily the guys at work have forgotten this story...I have a suspicion they were laughing at me for at least 5 minutes after I left, dam*
