Letter to management and the Board of AVL, page-9

I've got plenty I'm going to be adding this week, but for now I just think you should be focusing your attention on this 1800 group who are doing the cap raising again.

Without prejudice here of course, but isn't it just a bit strange that once we hit 3.2c things all of a sudden took a 180 (no pun intended). What was the volume that week compared to the month before it?? What entities bought/sold?? To me it just seems strange that a group that held so many shares (as did their clients) were brought back to the table to negotiate a 2.5c offer PLUS a free option. I mean, if we were allowed to do it, wouldn't it be nice to trade a stock at over 3c for a guaranteed one at 2.5c with a free option. Anyway, I'm absolutely not accusing anyone of anything here, but I'm certainly planning on sending a bunch of "can you have a look" emails out this week. I'm tired of being screwed over by these, and if nothing else the piece of mind will be good. I've got plenty of time on my hands with all this COVID stuff, so I might as well use it.

As far as "the rich getting richer" posts, I'm not so sure. That 2.5c price with the option valued at 1c sure looked good a week or two ago. Fast forward to today and we'll see how that option holds up and where the share price is in a week or so after all the crew have made their moves. IMHO the sheep will dump the options as fast as humanly possible to lower their buy in and the actual share price will end up at @2c. Add up the offer price on AVL & AVLOA on September 17th and see how much profit there is in it for the "lucky ones".

Could it rocket to 4c with all these new sophisticated investors who just love the vanadium story??? Of course it could! As I won't be participating in it you can almost guarantee that it will hahahaha

PS Just went back to the 1800 capital raise in September 2020. September 1st SP 1.2c, announcement 23/9/20 SP 1.8c, ONE week later 1.2c.
