Agree, the announcement for access to the SF could land any day now and CHN have a tendency to drop big ann on Tues / We'd. Once this ann drops there will be no stopping the charge and then when visuals of Hartog are announced that's when you will be smiling if you hold CHN. I too am very very happy to pick up a couple more parcels in low 6's, unbelievably happy. Go you good thing.
