I think they already have. How much more they will respond is yet to be seen.
A carbon sensitive 'green' project like this with logistics, pemits etc largely in place for .08c.
If this goes lower & then the Anglo deal gets signed then a multi bagger for sure. If they dont sign then things start to get akward. As I feel a failed project or at best a lot of CR & diltion to realize the green steel.
Everthing hinging on signing the deal i feel.
