After about twenty years of Liberal leaders that I couldn't stand, I finally get one that I have a lot of time for.....and the nation won't have a bar of him.....lol.

Seriously Michael, I think the reason that the Labor party is really giving it to Turnbull is simply because they realise that any 'likely' replacement would be very 'amateurish', if you like.

I'm sure the Labor Party respects the ability of Turnbull, and while they have him on the carpet, it's just commonsense politics to keep putting the slipper into him. They would certainly not underestimate Turnbull's ability to make a resurgence if they give him that opportunity by becoming complacent about him.

He is a clever bloke, and I believe, a very decent and capable man.

I actually rate him up there with Keating. Liberal supporters will get a laugh out that....lol...and I understand that, but I like that Turnbull has a bit of charisma and charm as well as a very astute mind.
