I think it might be short selling prior to the new shares being issued as the shorts will be expecting a few people to sell as soon the the new shares are allocated.
Everything will be back to normal in two weeks time and the shares should then be trading on fundamentals again.
It does look like $3.85 could be a bottom support level so hopefully the share price will start rising again very soon.
