If you have 100 shares today, after this has gone through, you will have 20 shares.
The price is 0.005 cents today x 5 (the consolidation amount) = 0.025 cents BUT they are considering 0.02 cents per share. So people are losing value and getting diluted.
The positive is they were a miner before going into IT. So it is now full circle.
Diamond exploration is HARD! I find it hard to see how the big players (RIO etc) haven't already gone over this ground before...
It is a good opportunity if they find the needle in the haystack but....
I can see a wave of people (IT connected people) selling big time in the re-list.
