It in fact, did go into administration 07/04/2020 and there were multiple circulars distributed following. However, on pages 4 of the cash flow report posted on the 28/07/2021 there is an area that states SAS have less than 2 quarters of cash on hand. The company proceeded to fill out all N/A options to explain, this to me is beyond reasonable doubt that the company is worthless. Especially post-consolidation which was a 1in2800 share dilution? I don't quite remember.
I have written these shares off in FY2020 for the above 28/07/2021 report but am yet to have the accountant sign everything off. I only had $1000 in this company and have probably spent more in time getting it off the books, it's worth a couple cents at best now.
