The main thing(as a BEPPA holder) that i will be wanting explanation of is any capital raising. IF i converted at even a generous 5xBBI(3.5bil new shares) only to have a similar amount issued to a new investor, i would be dissappointed.

Any conversion atempt must inclusde a provision that either prevents raising new capital for a fixed period or atleast caps the amount that can be raised.

to think or expect Beppa will be the last to convert and thus gain control of BBI is not a guarantee if Beppa are then diluted further by new capital.
