With the July 30 announcement stating;
"The Company’s securities will not be reinstated to trading until such time as the above issues
are resolved, including any orders that may need to be made by the Federal Court of Australia
and the ASX is satisfied that APG is in compliance with the Listing Rules."
It therefore allows them to stall or not end the suspension until any legal action that *may* happen, has been finalised - More open ended than hitting out 80% vaccination rate...
I'd say a lot more, but would expect to get moderated pretty quickly...
