PRECOIUS METALS STOCKS

Both the HUI and XAU gold stock indexes have regained their breakdown points (triple bottom in HUI). So the selling has been absorbed despite the breakdown and this is requiring that I move. We have potential bear trap reversals in place.

I recommend you move to 50% long investment positions at this time.

I believe the odds favor some weakness in the gold once this surge is complete, so this could result in PM stocks declining to new lows. Nevertheless, I’m out of time for waiting. We have achieved the downside target zone based upon price, time and price structure. So I need to be long.

Note:This is his first buy signal for stocks since June last year.
